Our Terms
Consultations and suitability. All treatments are subject to a consultation. Your practitioner may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. You agree to provide a complete and accurate medical history and to tell us about any changes to your health, medications or allergies.
Results. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations, possible side effects and aftercare with you before treatment.
Prices. Prices shown on our website are a guide only and will be confirmed at your consultation. All prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and may change without notice.
Payment. Payment is due on the day of your treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds. Treatments cannot be refunded once they have been performed. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations. Please see our Cancellation Policy for information about rescheduling, deposits and late cancellations.
Website information. The information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice. Please speak with your practitioner or doctor about your individual needs.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Ageless Aesthetica is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
