Ageless Aesthetica respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal and health information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Our Privacy Policy
What we collect. Your name, contact details and date of birth; your medical history, medications and allergies; your skin concerns and treatment records; and clinical photographs, which are only taken with your consent. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details.
How we collect it. Directly from you through consultation forms, online bookings (via Timely), phone calls, emails, our website and social media messages.
How we use it. To assess whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you, provide your treatment and keep clinical records, manage bookings and appointment reminders, process payments, respond to your enquiries and, with your consent, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Clinical photographs. Before and after photographs are only taken with your written consent and form part of your clinical record. They are never used in marketing or on social media without your separate written consent.
Who we share it with. We never sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the clinic (such as our booking, payment and website providers), with your GP or another health practitioner if you agree, or where we are required or permitted to by law.
Storage and security. Your information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised staff. Health records are kept for the period required by NSW law, generally seven years after your last visit (or until age 25 for clients under 18).
Our website. Our website uses cookies and analytics so it works properly and so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Accessing or correcting your information. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Questions or complaints. Please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
